The technological process of painting takes place in several phases:

• Material preparation
• Basement (the number of layers and the type of coating depends on the final surface finish of the gloss, mat, complexity of the product or component and also on the type and quality of the starting material)
• Grinding
• Spray Gloss (Matt)
• Cure
• Polishing, inspection, packaging

We use professional polyurethane coatings and also health-conscious polystyrene-free styrene which is necessary for finishing "high gloss". This ensures efficiency, productivity, and also minimizes "sinking" of surfaces. Surface polishing is done only manually with maximum care and subsequent check.
